I am looking for a family dentist, but I see you have several locations, will I feel comfortable there or is it more of a corporate feel?

You will absolutely feel comfortable and at home here!  We are a family owned and operated dental group with the benefits of several locations.  We are not corporate dentistry.  We know your name when you walk through the door and our patients are like family!

What are the office hours?

For your convenience our offices are open Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 7:00 pm and (varying by office) on Saturdays from 7:30am – 3:30pm.

Can you schedule my family all at once?

Yes!  Depending on what day and time you are looking for, we do work to make sure you are scheduled so that it is as convenient as possible for you.  There may be times where we do have to split appointments depending on the day, time and situation, but we will always work with you.

Do you guarantee that my cleaning will be done at my first appointment?

Although we strive to get your cleaning done at your initial appointment, not everyone needs the same type of cleaning. We perform a comprehensive exam that determines the level of cleaning you will need. From that visit forward your cleanings and exams will most likely occur at the same visit.

I’m in pain. Can you see me today?

We will always see same-day emergencies during our scheduled office hours. Walk-ins are welcome. We will give you a plan for your pain and do anything to help you feel more comfortable.

Are you good with patients that have anxiety about dentistry?

Your comfort is very important to us and we will try everything available to meet your needs in this area. It’s quite selfish actually! The more comfortable you are the more everyone gets to relax. This means a better experience for you and the highest quality of dentistry possible. If you are a patient who needs to be handled with special care, we offer iv sedation, oral sedation and nitrous oxide (laughing gas).

Do you take my insurance?

We accept most PPO insurance plans. As a courtesy, one of our staff members can call and verify your dental benefits for you.

Do you know how much my insurance pays on procedures?

We make every effort to verify patients’ benefits before their appointment. If future treatment is needed, treatment plan ESTIMATES are given based on insurance copays.

Do you see patients without insurance?

We do see patients without insurance however, payment is due at time of service. We will be happy to accept your payment of cash, personal check, or Lending Club.  You can also take advantage of our in-house Mission Dental Discount Plan to assist you with discounts. We also accept CareCredit.

Do you pull teeth?

We can perform the majority of extractions, both simple and complicated here at the office. More advanced cases would be referred to an oral surgeon.  We perform most extractions at our office; however, after the doctor has the opportunity to evaluate the patient if the extraction needs to be performed by an oral surgeon we will provide a referral.

Do you see children?

Generally we start cleaning children’s teeth at age 3. We will examine children younger if there is a concern or for a wellness check.
